Our story

For 16 years, students in UAB’s Master of Science in Health Administration program have organized a charity golf tournament that brings Birmingham together for a day on the course. In 2027, MSHA Class 61 is hosting the 17th Classic, and every swing is for the kids of Magic Moments.

How it works

Run by students. Open to everyone.

The Classic is planned start to finish by MSHA students, and anyone is welcome to play, sponsor, or give.

Each year, a class of UAB MSHA students takes the lead, from choosing the course and the beneficiary to lining up sponsors and running the day itself.

Everyone tees it up

It’s a 4-person scramble at Highland Park, so every skill level fits right in. Register as a foursome or on your own.

It all gives back

Proceeds go to Magic Moments and to UAB’s MSHA program, so every round, sponsorship, and donation does some good.

Magic Moments is an Alabama nonprofit that grants wishes to children living with chronic and life-threatening illnesses. MSHA Class 61 is proud to welcome them as this year’s beneficiary.
